In this 4-session workshop, teachers and teacher leaders will explore, develop, and apply strategies for supporting student math learning as we begin our third Covid-impacted school year including ways to approach unfinished learning, determine what (and what not) to teach, strategies for engaging students, and formative assessment strategies with an asset based view of learners.

Over the course of four sessions, we will explore, develop and apply strategies for supporting student math learning as we begin our 3rd Covid-Impacted school year. Our learning will include: ways to approach unfinished learning, determining what (and what NOT) to teach, strategies for engaging students, and formative assessment strategies with an asset based view of learners.
Sessions will be held via Zoom from 3:30 – 5:30 on September 8, 15, 29th and October 13th.
