In this workshop, we will explore and enrich our content knowledge for teaching in the domain of Ratio and Proportion, and we will expand our pedagogical knowledge by focusing on research-based equitable math teaching practices that support student sense-making in middle school math. 

You will experience multiple math instructional routines, select a few to adapt to your own practice, and start planning how to enact them as you start the school year with your own students.

There will be an option to continue work during the school year in a virtual Professional Learning Community hosted by Puget Sound ESD.
