PSESD Computer Science Loan Program

Sun, September 1 2024 12:00 AM - Sun, August 31 2025 11:59 PM

Description

Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) Computer Science Program (CompSci) have kits available for rental that are owned by PSESD. Our goal is to save districts/schools money and time. We strive to have kits available and accessible to our students via our hard-working teachers. These kits are available on a first-come-first served basis. Districts/Schools can rent a kit(s) if they want to just give it a try, or if they do not want to purchase it outright. We maintain and refurbish these kits.
  • Rental kits are checked out for 6 weeks and can be renewed once for an additional 2 weeks.
  • Kits are to be picked up and returned to PSESD Renton Office by the borrower or designated alternate pick-up person.
  • Certain materials (base materials) must be returned with the kits, or districts/schools will be charged for them. These materials are checked for quality every time the kit comes back to us.
  • Consumable materials are materials which are not expected to be returned with the kit, as students will use them fully. PSESD CompSci will replace, clean, and check for quality as needed on all consumable materials when the kit comes back to us.
