This day is divided into four 75 minute sessions, all focused on math instruction.  Teachers can choose from sessions that focus on math content knowledge, engaging instructional practices, analyzing data and empowering students through differentiation.  In each of these sessions teachers will consider the application of math skills in engineering and science contexts and will surface ways that these skills will support them in their future careers.  The final session of the day invites teachers to meet with their collaboration team to plan their first unit of instruction.
