These sessions are designed to help program directors look closely at their programs and leadership skills that will help improve programs. Participants will leave the multiple sessions with a strong understanding of how/where they want to focus attention in support and improvement of their program(s). This series has been ongoing for multiple years, allowing directors to create a mentor-ship relationship with each other & new members. Additionally, participants may continue their own professional learning community that continues to support and guide their future work.

This is a HYBRID course.  November 13th session is in person, and all additional sessions are completed over Zoom and require individual registration via the unique link for each course date. The Zoom link will be sent out 1-2 days before the training to the email address that was used to register.

Cost is $10 per session, Each session earns 2 STARS credits.
